Working on Kaurna Land (SA).

Driven by a passion for social justice, Brugh works with different forms of government, NGOs, and businesses to help them provide better assistance to those who need it most. Having worked as a professional innovation consultant for over 15 years, he has experience leading projects in the development of public policy, services, products, brands and communications, in over 20 countries.

At TACSI, Brugh leads the Future of Home, an initiative focused on creating a future where all Australians can live and age well in a place they choose to call home. Key influences shaping his practice include systems, empowerment and trauma-informed perspectives.

For him, the most rewarding part of his role is working alongside a team who constantly strive to find new ways to have excluded voices heard. A natural collaborator, Brugh is instrumental in finding opportunities to ‘join dots in systems’ for greater impact, and making sure our learnings are consolidated and applied across all the work we do.

Brugh spends his downtime with his family and loves spending time in nature.
