David Belcher

David Belcher is a Councillor at Lake Macquarie City Council. A political scientist, David has extensive experience in politics working on campaigns at local, state and federal levels.

He has worked widely in disability support and advocacy and understands the need to build inclusive communities where all members are valued and have an opportunity to contribute.

David holds a degree in Political Science from the University of New England. David was born with Lumbosacaral Agenisis and uses a wheelchair for mobility.
