Cassandra Francisco

Cassandra is an advocate and campaigner with Raise The Rate, and is passionate about fair social security and economic justice, particularly for Australians living with poverty.

Cassandra was raised in a low-income, single-parent household. She has lived below the poverty line on the previous Youth Allowance rate.

Cassandra has appeared on The Drum and SBS, and participated in stories with The Guardian, The Australian and The New Daily, and ABC Radio.
